This salad is a mix of 'R radish, 'R onion, red bell pepper, cauliflower, and 'R tatsoi with a miso dressing. I will try to get specific info on the miso dressing. Guess what she even sent a picture!!! So I just could not wait to get it on the blog.

The other big hit was a mix of apple, walnut and 'R tatsoi with a cider vinaigrette. This one sounds great too.
